The financial crisis has gathered over the house of Europe like a heavy storm. All sectors are resisting this storm and fighting it with all means necessary. In terms of adult education it has become apparent that the public level of education, including constant continuing education, is an important weapon against the economic slump and unemployment both at a European level and in individual countries.
